     Considered for years as the benchmark for quality custom homes in the Springtown, Texas area, the excellence continues in our Wellington Addition as well as the upcoming Pointe Break Addition featuring larger lots. The Newby family has built over 400 Custom homes throughout the years.

     Home sites are a minimum of 1 acre, with sites in some phases from 10 to 25 acres. The feel of living in the country is still alive in Parker County, with manageable size lots that still allow for amenities associated with a country lifestyle. Our homes typically range from the 170’s to about 280K or aproximately $100. per square foot on acreage.

     MARK LEE NEWBY designs over 75% of our homes and works closely with 3 designers that feature “RANCH STYLE” and true “FRENCH COUNTRY” classics with old world touches. He also has an extensive custom home design background and portfolio, for clients wanting to build or design their dream home.
